Worse than poor
Order made 10 December for a Christmas present. I chased when no news that week and was told then the order was not available. I asked to cancel. 18 Dec I was told by e mail item was in stock and would be sent by courier, not standard delivery, that week. 20 Dec e mail received in the evening saying item not available - did I want an alternative? I phoned and was told it would be sent next day delivery, by then Monday 24 Dec. Waited in all day and of course nothing arrived and phones not answered. Chased on 27 December and recorded message says closed until 2nd January. I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY
