Could do better

The ordering of my product was easy and the product itself is excellent but I was dissapointed with the delivery. When I ordered the product I asked for the goods to be left with a neighbour if I was out. Imagine my surprise when I arrived home to find Fedex had left a card saying they could not deliver the parcel. When I phoned Fedex to arrange re-delivery I mentioned that I had left instructions to leave parcel with a neighbour. I was told that these instructions had not been passed on to them.
So come on Pro Cook, if you ask for the information make sure you pass it on!
