appalling delivery company do not use !!!!!!!!
Unfortunately Boohoo uses this company, my advice get a new delivery company. They are by far the worst delivery company I have ever had the experience of using. 2 and a half days waiting indoors for an item never to show and trying to get through to them is a nightmare also! 20 mins on hold every time you call....
Item logged as delivered ??? driver either didn't bother or the company didn't bother delivering in the first place. Ordered an item next day delivery 15 dec 2012. waited in all day the 16th was promised a new delivery date of the 27th. Just been on the phone to them morning slot tommorrow 28th. Thats 12 days people for next day delivery!!!!!!!!!
Wouldnt mind but its one of my wifes xmas presents!!hence all the waiting and phoning!

I ordered on the 15th its now the 27th still no item. It was an xmas present supposedly next day delivery. Need I say more ? !
