I placed two orders on two different days. One was easily within Christmas delivery times, one apparently missed them by a day (no problem that's my fault). The first order was finally despatched with only a third of the stuff in it. The other order disappeared from my account so I was unable to trace it online. The customer service throughout has been disgraceful. I left a message on their answer machine, no-one still has got back to me. I have e-mailed only to get a reply saying I'll look into this and get back to you. A week later and still nobody has. I have been enquiring via the Facebook page and again been told that someone will get back to me. A week later, still no reply again. I am on the online chat facility on the website now being told AGAIN that they will do an email to the lab and get back to me. So two orders, one place on the 12th December, one on the 15th and one incomplete one sent and one they can't tell me if it's been completed or not. It's the lack of response that is so disgraceful. Nobody following through on promises. I realise that Christmas is a busy period but I JUST want to know where my orders are, that's all.
