Not being fully compouter literate, my son built up a gaming PC and ordered as required.
When the product arrived, in time for christmas after ordering only 12 days before, all was in order and fully protected with packaging.
Christmas morning arrived and exitment was in the air for my 14 yr old son only to be deflated by my inexperience and lack of PC knowledge when I could not get anything to appear on the Monitor. Tried all variations, vga to vga, hdmi to hdmi, dvi to hdmi,etc...
Sent an e-mail to Dino PC but obviously, being the festive season no-one at the office.
Gutted and dissapointed son strove through the day and again we tried later that night, when all of a sudden up pops the start up screen...all was well.
At first light the folowing morning, Boxing Day, up pops a reply to the e-mail I sent a few hours earlier with the solution I was looking for which had rectified and brought to light my lack of PC experience.
