great experience

well i read all the reviews and thought OMG can i trust these guys to deliver the bed on time for christmas? the first order came back with a delivery of late Jan, but i found one that was in stock and Worldstores delivered next day.

ok it was just before Chrsitmas and i had to wait 15 mins to get through to customer service, but when i did i found them to be extreemly helpful, polite, and generally a very good customer relations team.

i very rarely complain or compliment on these sort of sites but i though that this company had got a load of bad reviews, where mine was very good, so i would not believe all the negative press all the time!

one happy customer.
