Repairs4 Lmited


this is the second time i used repairs4, had a phone running down within 24 hours tried a new battery still wouldnt last any longer. so i thought the phone had a short circuit.
so arranging a repair with repairs4 was my first choice, they put the phone on test and found the phone was running down quick they tested the circuits and found no problems,
they then had a look at some apps and found several embedded in the phone that were running continuously and running the phone down.
now why was this so great, they only charged for the delivery service back to me as they had not carried out a repair, brilliant a firm that does not fleece you, when they could so easily do so.

For 4 years i have used Gear4music to purchase and array of music equipment for my son, microphones, 4 guitars, editing kit, mixers and so on.
i would like to add i have never been failed by their customers service.
through no fault of theirs, i have had to return faulty items and they have replaced them within a few days and one time did a swap the same day.
i have even swapped guitar cases, i had to check out the guitars my son had fitted them, and they allowed me to change them with no issues.
i would recommended them without question and would like to say that like any company you may get small issues but this companies customer service has dealt with mine professionally and quickly.

Your First Stop Every Time

Picture this, its christmas eve and your exhaust is falling to bits after hitting a flooded part of the road, with pot holes hidden in it.
Your Exhaust breaks and starts rythmically humming, your tyre gets damaged and on the surface it starts swelling so you get a gentle rocking when you drive along the roadwhich was not noticable till a couple of days later as it got worse.
You have shopping to do and every where shuts at 1 in the afternoon.
I turned up to National in Oxford on the off chance, having a Daihatsu i am aware that parts have to be ordered so i dont mind waiting for and exhaust, which at best takes 24 Hours.
Not today the helpfulness and dedication to customer service is Apparent the Manager is on the phone to the supplier, now this is about 0930 on christmas eve, "Mr Turner, i have just spoken to the supplier the part will be here by 1100, so ready just after that".
So after a stroll into town do some Christmas shopping and back again by 1100, i see the car sitting outside ready to get the part fitted, how wrong was i, walking in the Manager handed me the Keys and obviously the bill, no company is that generous, "your cars ready".
Now as a manager for 12 years in retail you know what is Bad, Good and Exceptional customer service is, espically at this time of year.
I have to say that this experience is Exceptional and can only be given 5 Stars, A*, A+, 100% customer satisfaction.
Would i use again yes and i already have by having my new tyres fitted there, within 30 mins of handing the keys over two tyres checked and fitted.
I can only say give them a try and see for yourself.
