Wonderfully conceived idea.

As a gift, this works great. Not only is it helping to conserve forestland, it really engages others in conversation. The entire process was handled quickly and professionally. We ordered late so that the actual package had not arrived in the US by Christmas morning, but part of the sale process is the ability to receive the documents in PDF. We were able to at least print the deed to give. A day after Christmas the package arrived to my daughter's delight.
