I would not recommend people using this myprotein in case something happens to your order. I placed my order 13-11-2012 and it was dispatched 19-11-2012. I wrote a complaint the same day about parts of my shipping address was missing in the dispatch email. I got an email back and was told to keep an eye on my order, which I did. I send a complaint again 03-12-2012 about not receiving my goods and was told to send a claims form asking for refund or replacement. I send the form asking for replacement, which was send from my computer in many different formats, but myprotein could not open the file. I keep sending the attached form and 06-12-2012 I got an email saying that according to track mail my order was dispatched from the export deport. Unfortunately this is tracking information from back in November and I guess a new support guy had no clue about our previous email exchange. I get a new email 09-12-2012 about myprotein still not have received any claim form, even though i kept sending the forms, and asking if they received it. Since such a long time past, i chose to ask for a refund and this time they received the claims form 12-12-2012 and told the money would be back to my account within 3-5 working days. 22-12-2012 there was still no refund on my account and I wrote a new email asking for a refund. I have still not heard from myprotein and i send a new email today 27-12-2012 asking why i have still not received my refund.
