Apparently the flowers were very nice and the service was very good too, I was kept informed by email and text about the there expected ETA and again after they were delivered which was very good. would definitely use again.
I thought I had purchased some unusual gifts from this company to give on Christmas Day.
I placed the order on the 14th December, I also placed some orders through Amazon on the 16th December which were delivered on the 18th and 19th. (Great service as expected using Amazon)
By the 21st I started to worry about my order so I tried calling them, this was a complete waist of time as I was put on hold for 45 minutes as there automated service kept saying that they were receiving a high volume of calls (Probably customers like me panicking because they had not received there orders!) Had no luck getting through so I sent an email instead, on the 24th I had to go into my home town to get replacement gifts, sent another email as I had not received any correspondence, there tracking system was a waste of time as it just said on the 20/12/2012 : Your order has been scanned at the Origin Depot for export. On the 24/12/2012 : Your order has arrived at the carrier's central hub.
I will never use this company again and I warn others not to either, unless you don't mind a really long wait for your order. (Perhaps they will arrive in time for next Christmas?)
