Fraudsters!! Scammers!!

I purchased 4 items on 29th November. 1 item was received on Xmas eve. The item that cost £2.72! The rest did not show up after numerous calls, emails etc

The what appears to be nice lady on the phone promises you to check with warehouse and guarantee all goods by Xmas!!

These are scammers and rob people's money. We need to go to trading standards and watch dog. Infact I'm doing this right now!!
