No technical support for RC H'copter that wont fly

Its one thing being invited to post this review, but its no substitute for a properly translated user manual. THE ONE RECEIVED BASICALLY AMOUNTS TO THE CHINESE VERSION TRANSLATED INTO PIGEON ENGLISH AND GIBBERISH. There are no contact details for technical support.
Why do I need technical support?????? because the thing doesn't FLY, despite best efforts to follow pigeon English instructions and gibberish.
Product: Gyros S033G RC helicopter (not cheap either)

Customer Services has advised that Matt from our Cardiff branch who is very experienced at flying remote control helicopters will be in contact to talk you through.
