I paid extra for my delivery to arrive today (27/12/12) and was happy when I saw a text from DPD at 8:30 today telling me my parcel will be delivered between 10:11-11:11. At approximatley 10:30 I saw a DPD van slowly driving past my house and turn in my neighbours drive. The driver drove past my home again then drove off through the village, failing to deliver my parcel.
The delivery status on the website has now changed to red and I am guessing it will change to "cant find address" or "refused" before the end of the day.
I have tried phoning DPD but the automated system hangs up after telling you to speak to the supplier.
I live in a very remote area of Suffolk so I cant see the same driver coming back my way on his way home.
I am going away for new years tomorrow and wanted these items to wear.
A waiste of time and money

Sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced with your delivery. Your parcel is due for delivery today between 15:23 - 16:23, however I appreciate you may have already gone away so could you please email socialmedia@dpd.co.uk with your parcel reference number and contact phone number and we can look into amending the delivery address.
