I was actually not only sitting by the door, but checking regularly outside for the van. How dare they say I wasn't in to recieve the parcel? Knowing that it would be delivered today I made sure I was up and around at 7.30 am, depsite not sleeping well, just in case. Later on in the day I recieved the email to say what time it would arrive, (this being a second attempt, after first sttempt on Christmas Eve, when we didn't hear our EXTREMELY loud doorbell ring either), so was avidly, eagerly waiting, with ears pricked.
NOTHING.
And then the message on the tracking system to say that we were out. But WHERE is the calling card, hmmm?
Lies, lies, lies.
If this happens again I will curse them. Grrr.
