Service non existant had to phone and chase order.

Ordered Fernox product on line. Days passed and I had to telephone three times to get status of order. A female employee dealt with first phone query and promised action and a delivery date. Did not happen, I phoned next day and the same female answered. When asked about my order, told me that she did not work in sales and was only helping as they were busy, she put me through to another female in sales. She told me that there had been a mix up. I phoned again later that day for delivery date as product was required urgently. Goods were delivered 6 days after ordering. The process should have been much quicker and less hastle. This was the first time that I have used Plumbnation and on my experience it will probably be the last.
