in this day and age of internet rip-offs comes a company with an incredible understanding of customer relations and a personal touch, where to start? well knowledgeable with all products, politeness when you need to telephone them, I recently ordered a set of head cleaning cartridges and some extra cleaning fluid, this order came very quickly and in pristeen condition, I had to email them just to make sure that I was using these products properly and they told me that I was but I must understand that they cannot guarentee that they would clear a badly blocked printer head, slowly but surely the head is starting to respond as it should, it is also nice to be on a first name basis..well done Coralgraph, and may I wish you every success in the future, you certainly have a very satisfied customer here who will be returning again and again. after recently buying 25 double dvd cases, they arrived in a box a third too big for the items with a small piece of bubble wrap over them, when I inspected them there were 4 in all that were actually broken and a further 2 with the clear plastic across the front actually torn, I buy in good faith from the internet companies and still manage to get ripped off, needless to say this is one company that thinks little or nothing about customers just their money as usual I will never use these ones again beware anyone that reads this these are people that will take your cash and send you rubbish, I buy 500 a year from my old sorce without a single complaint to them concerning their products and customer service that is where I will be in future, buy from inpact computers at your peril. begrudgingly 1 star
