Absolutely Brilliant.
I ordered Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm from simply games about a week before release. Not only was the price the cheapest i could find, i also received the game 3 days before the scheduled release. Item was very well packaged and delivery is free. All in all i highly recommend Simply Games, i have yet to have a single bad experience.

RMA Seemed straight forward.
Bought a cheap Sumvision tablet, decided it wasn't for me so I sent it back under the DSRs - no problem there. My return was received and i was told i would receive a refund once the RMA was closed - closed as of the 21st. I was also advised that the refund can take up to 3 working days to show on my card, ie today (not including the day the RMA was closed). However, i paid via Paypal, not card and the refund has not yet been sent. This is irritating as Paypal put a 3 working day hold on refunds usually anyway. I usually love Ebuyer for their great service and have never had a problem until now. I have to admit, although Ebuyer is usually my first stop for components and peripherals, this has made me think twice. If needs be i will have to open a dispute with Paypal.

Update
Subject to contacting Ebuyer again i received a refund for the full amount today. I would recommend Ebuyer but be prepared for returns to be slow.

ShopTo had the best price available, free delivery and accept PayPal. I ordered this game on Christmas Eve and all things considered, i was extremely impressed that the game arrived on the 28th even with Christmas posting.
