still waiting for my order shipping costs are high

The order i placed on the 18th still hasnt come. :/ wish they did longer skirts and pants for us tall and larger ladies. I also think postage is high and they make extra money from it. I ordered 2 shoes a cardy and a watch - £8 postage!. Still a bargain and great stuff especially shoes!!
