I ordered a few items from ASOS about 2 weeks ago. Was expected to have my package delivered on or before 20th December in time for Christmas, however - nothing has shown up! Very disappointed in the service - especially because I have not had any problems in the past. I tried tracking my parcel and this is what it showed:

And still no parcel :(. Tried contacting the retailer, however they themselves cannot get into contact with Hermes Europe. I even contacted the Head Office for Hermes, however they themselves could not provide any information..
Hermes Europe - please sort it out!!!
