I ordered a very big delivery from Very's site on 21st Dec and was lucky enough to recieve it- (2 out of 6 parcels ordered.) in time for Christmas, HOWEVER I did not recieve two parcels which was indicated on my accounts summary. I was really annoyed as the parcel I didn't receive had three expensive products all for my daughter's Christmas presents and was to be signed as it stated signature required for GHD's that was also included in the contents and I had not signed for either of them. So, I emalied them telling them this and they emailed back a day later stating how they were sorry and they were trying to find out more on what had happened and wiped all my other orders from my account!!!!
After emailing and speaking to Very each time, I spoke to very respectful and polite staff, that completely helped with my missing parcel. I was a little annoyed that I only recieved a refund and did not get my presents reposted however am still waiting for the refund, I have to allow at least 10 days, so we will see by then.
I am also waiting for other products which will be delivered by January.
The products I have received are excellent and all in great condition, when speaking to Very they were extremely cooperative and helped me subtract my order for the 4yr personnal care for the GHD's. Again I have to check my bank account for the refunds and recieve my 4 other parcels.
The moral of the story, communication is the key! If I had any problems I called their helpline and was dealt with in a customer cared for manner and were good at resolving my problems.
