A communication company that cannot communicate

The worst company we have ever dealt with , senior management are so poor they do not realise the cost of finding new customers just to replace those that leave. You will not get through to anyone with any authority, just employees in India working to a script. If you want to complain go through to their sales lines they always answer . Tell them your problems they won`t do anything but it is fun to frustrate them instead of yourself , you will also be taking up the time they might be using to sign up some other trusting soul.
