when purchasing tickets as they were a present i paid for vip, when we got to our seats, they were no different to normal seats, which was disapointing

the viagogo ordering process on line was fine, same as any other i have used for the o2 and other venues. the tickets turned up well before we left and there were no issues with them at the o2, other than having paid for vip tickets on line at a considerible higher price than standard tickets only to find out that they were no different from all the other tickets, no extras, nothing to suggest vip. still enjoyed the gig very much, although that was down to Elbow, would think twice about using viagogo again.
