Late order and compensation given

Good product but delivery was extremley late as the printer was down and customers were not notified. All I was offered was free delivery, doesnt help that all invites had to be sent in Xmas cards and I missed the last post date due to the delivery being late.

Had a call after posting this, to apologise and I was given 50% of payment back....which was great. I will be ordering again from this site!

Please accept our sincere apologies that we delayed your order. I can see this should have been sent out to you on the 7th of December and because we delayed your order it was then stuck in the Christmas post. I agree you should have been notified of any delay and can only apologise again.
