The slight issue I had with product sizing was resolved very quickly and efficiently.

The wrong sized product was in the box I received. Probably a manufacturing issue. When reported I was able to return the goods locally and was given very polite and sincere apologies. My new product was dispatched using a prompt service and my original postage costs were refunded.
