Missed my first delivery so decided to reschedule it for the next day - used the service 'delivery before 10am' for which I paid £12... I got the delivery after 2pm! I had to leave at 10am so I haven't received my package on time - I had to leave it behind with a friend who made me the favour of staying in my place to get the delivery...
Tried to call their customer service. I rang all numbers several times. Those numbers simply don't get you anywhere - they just make you pay lots of money to tell you in an extremely rude way that they wont answer your call. Contacted them through their website enquire pages - obviously no answer.
Now working with my credit card company to see if i can get a refund for paying a service that I haven't received! However, they were super fast when they had to collect money from my card - they sent me the below soon after...

We are pleased to confirm your new delivery date will be Friday, 21st December 2012, Before 10am.........A payment of £12.00 has been received and your payment reference is *********************.
Awful company. Avoid them like the pest!
