When i ordered my television it said 'in stock' and available for delivery before xmas(after paying for express delivery) eventually after no contact i rang to ask where my order was, and after being on hold for 30mins, only to be told the item was out of stock and if i required a refund then i'd have to wait 2 working days at least.... So it was now too late to find the item elsewhere & unable to pay for it as i still haven't received my refund. Needless to say it spoilt someones xmas suprise! Would've given NO STARS RATING but the lowest allowed is 1.
