I ordered four bar stools on behalf of my parents and requested that they were delivered to their house. Two days later, the stools are delivered to my address which is over 100 miles away from where they were supposed to be! This was after an additional e-mail and phone call to Atlantic Shopping to ensure correct delivery address!
I decided to open the stools to ensure they were not damaged as it would be a fortnight before I could deliver them to their intended recipients. I was shocked to find the high gloss backs on all four stools scratched and the mounting holes 'butchered'.
I contacted Atlantic Shopping with my concerns and after sending them pictures of the damage (3 e-mails, 20 pictures) I requested replacements. To my disbelief, Atlantic Shopping offered a complete refund as they could not guarantee the replacements would not be damaged! Doesn’t Atlantic Shopping have some form of quality control checking the products they sell?
