Excellent service

Easy to order, good prices and fast delivery. No issues to really. Only negative was that I though mattresses could come compressed now-a-days and would have been useful to know which were and which weren't as getting this one up the stairs was a bit of an issue!

Most of our memory foam mattresses come vacuum packed now,this is stated on the description of the products if they are boxed.

With a pocket spring mattress such as the Silentnight Pocket essentials 1000 mattress you have purchased if these were compressed this could cause damage to the spring unit.

I hope you have now resolved the issue with the mattress going up the stairs.
