I'll try and keep this short as I can.
I bought 3 items totalling £24 from Probikekit.com . 2 weeks passed and they hadn't arrived. I logged into my account on Probikekit.com and there were 2 entries for the same order. One was cancelled (not by me) and the second was marked shipped.
I emailed them to ask where my item were and they stated the order had been cancelled and no money was taken.
Money definitely had been taken upon ordering, I replied to tell them.
Again they cut & pasted some nonsense saying cancelled and told me to speak to my bank.
LloydsTSB gave me the transaction code, I sent that to probikekit.
Probike kit then replied with "your order has been sent" and stated that if it hasn't arrived in 31 days to contact them. They also blamed customs for the delay, even though Probikekit are less than 70 miles away from me in the same country, England.
I asked them "so which is it?" Had they sent it or not. Again they replied with "no it was cancelled."
At this point I contacted my bank who promised to investigate the matter and sent a quite scathing email to Probikekit stating the obvious that they were clueless and still have my £24.
Probike kit replied with a "we'll investigate" and then 2 days later I received an apology along with a promise to issue a refund. Hooray at last, well, not so fast...
4 months further on from purchase I received nothing from Probikekit, no goods and no refund. My bank has eventually issued me a credit for £24 with the promise of investigating the matter. They have a copy of all the correspondence.
So in summary, probikekit did not send me my goods, denied they'd taken my money. They do not answer the phone, I tried them many times. They never issued a refund as promised.
