1 STAR RATING IS STILL TOO GENEROUS!!!

I ordered a jacket from this company as a birthday present through Groupon; I knew it'd be a popular item in the run up to Christmas so ordered it straight away and they took payment straight away!

They did email me an order confirmation within 7 days but the item has never arrived (over a month later). I've tried ringing several times but always kept 'on hold', for over 20 mins with no answer once!

They kept telling me to wait so many days for delivery but not surprisingly have now admitted that I should've received it by now - but they can't send a replacement as they're out of stock, and didn't even offer to trace it for me!!!

Still fuming!
