YODEL SHOULD BE RENAMED JOKEL THEY ARE USELESS AND INCOMPETENT

Use Yodel at your peril, we are just fed up with them as a failed carrier, yesterday was the last straw with this bunch of idiots, we booked a collection the day before and waIted here all day for JOKEL to collect, 5pm arrived and we contacted them to find out what was happening, the underpaid overvalued dummy in the call centre said all was progressing and the shipment was loaded on to the van at an earlier time, I said that is interesting as I am sat on the awaiting item to be collected still !!!!!! This was too much for him to understand. Another 24hours and they still have not collected, IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE LOSING CUSTOMERS WITH RUBBISH CARRIERS THEN USE JOKEL, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
