unasisfied customer to say the least

told on 20th december 2012 item was not in country cancelled order recived two emails saying my refund had been given and to allow 3-5 days for clearance (bought from another retailer delivered 2 days later ) then ups turned up 24th dec item was refused and now told I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY RECIEVE IT BACK to get my refund and on resellerratings.com quite a lot of them has not recieved their refund even after 30 days.
in my opinion do not buy from these people as they do not know what they are doing
today 28th dec I have recieved an email saying that I have to refuse delivery???????????????????? doing my head in
