Great!
I always make travel arrangements on line and although I have tried others, I always end up using Ebookers. Good prices, good selection and ease of use. I've never had a problem, but trust that if I did they would provide great support. Very happy with this service and no complaints so far.

OK product, poor customer service
It seems to me that once you have paid for a product, they basically will delivery the product whenever it is convenient for them and not on a specified or pre-agreed delivery date. Product was OK (a bit over priced for the quality) but customer service was poor. I wouldn't buy from them again nor would I recommend them to a friend.
