Best customer service I have had for a long time

I ordered via the Internet and over the phone when I needed help with part of the order. I was kept up to date with every part of the order via email and even when one part was damaged there was no problem they just sent out a replacement part. All the products I received were excellent quality at a fraction of the cost when I shopped around locally . The only mistake I made was to purchase part of the bathroom from another company which in comparison came no where near the service I received from Better Bathroom .
