excellent friendly super efficient company

toolkit taught me the value of response time. i have never worked with a company so fast at getting back to you and so quick to deal with your requests. since we started working together i have applied the same attitude to my own business and the amount of extra bookings i get because i answer so quickly is astounding.
every time we call up the person answering the phone actually sounds pleased to hear from you and nothing is too much trouble. we have a wonderful relationship with the lovely alex.
toolkit took over our website one day when we sent out an email and got it a bit wrong....they phoned to see if we needed any help and the only regret i have is not being with them sooner!
