CANNOT BEAT THE SERVICE AND PROFFESSIONALISM

I was totally stuck on what to get my adult son for Xmas, and I had remembered he really wanted a particular top from Hackett, but on all the Hackett sites, they were unavailable..
I found the Jules B site, and was happy to see they had just what he wanted!
It was very close to Xmas and fingers crossed I placed my order and silly me just requested a normal Royal Mail delivery. A few days went by and I thought I would make a quick call to Jules B to request an arrival date. They were quick to answer and noticed that my Royal mail delivery request was likely to get me my delivery, but to make sure, they dispatched my item that day by special courier at no extra cost and I received it the following morning.. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!! Thank you Jules B, you took the hassle out of Xmas and I will recommend you to all I know and will definalty use you in the future.. Thank You
