Helpful, but unable to chage unused goods.Good quality though

Matressman sent myorder very quickly.Unfortunately,I had pressed the wrong "button" on their "size choice",on the website,so I got a 3 foot 6 inch mattress instead of the 3 foot I wanted - as soon as it arrived, I contacted the company, but they said it was impossible to return the item, or change if for a the right size. I was also told that if I used the mattress on the 3 foot bed (I have an electrically operated adjustable bed,as I am disabled) the guarantee would not apply.
Apart from that little glitch, I found the company helpful, the mattress is good quality, the people I spoke to were polite.
I am comfortable on my over-sized mattress!

I apologise that we were unable to offer you a return on your product. When an item is 'custom made' for somebody, I'm afraid we are unable to cancel the order once it has been placed and paid for.

I'm glad to hear that you are comfortable but please be aware that using this mattress on a base that is not suitable and electric, is not the advice from Mattressman.
