First the good news, then the not so good
I was pleased with the choices of flowers and prices, and particularly liked how clear it was which options could be delivered that day. I was less pleased to learn that the hand written card that was with the flowers had spelt my name incorrectly, there seemed no excuse for this as I had included the message and who it was from in the online booking and had certainly spelt my own name correctly there.

having left it very late to purchase my sister a gift I ordered something from Charm Heaven, I wasn't let down with delivery, and the item is great too,
