sent wrong item twice

I was going to give 4 stars because i was happy with my order and only 1 item was wong but you have now sent the wrong item again so i have changed to 3 stars.
Im so disappointed as this was a gift.

Customer actually ordered the incorrect product in this instance. So we sent what was requested. Customer is returning the misordered items so we can get the required cable to them.
