I placed an order on 29th January 2014 and received an email on 30th January advising that one item, a universal squirrel baffle was out of stock but would be available in mid February and asking whether I wished to proceed with the order or cancel. I replied stating that I wished the order to proceed. I received confirmation of the order on 31st January. So far so good but it is all bad from here onwards.
Mid February came but no order was delivered and there was no further communication advising me of the status of my order. I waited until late in February and finally made a phone call at my expense to chase progress, there was no apology from the person I spoke with, she simply stated their order had been delayed but I could expect delivery of my order by the first week in March. The first week came and went and I still did not receive my order nor any communication to explain the delay. I waited patiently until Friday 14th March before making another phone call at my expense to enquire what was happening with my order. This time I complained about the non existent customer services; again there was no apology for the inconvenience I had suffered but I was informed that the order had been despatched that day and I would receive my order on Saturday or today. I missed the delivery on Saturday and have just returned from the local collection centre.
I was appalled to find that the order is only partially complete, only one item, the gardman ground anchor was in the parcel. There was no communication in the parcel, so I still have no squirrel baffle and no explanation after waiting over six weeks and making two telephone calls.
