A lovely gentleman took my order by phone. The goods were dispatched that same day, if I remember correctly, and arrived promptly. I was also very pleased to see that I was only charged for Royal mail delivery rather than having to pay £3-£4 pounds that seems to be standard on so many online sites. I would certainly use cozymole again. I was most happy with the service.
