Running a business from USA to sell into the UK on a back to back basis just doesn't work!!

I went to SLRHut for a Yamaha sound bar.

After 17 days it hand't arrived and I had to telephone them to find out why.

After selling the same product to another UK customer they found that apparently the US import does not work in the UK. I told SLRHut I was disappointed that nobody had rang me, and that I had to ring them to find out, and also that they were still selling the product without explaining the implications. "It will work if you have a US to UK transformer" I was told.

Who has them just lying around????

Their customer services in the US left me feeling so uncomfortable I honestly felt they would just keep my money, especially when I found out their UK operation was just a registered address.

I did get my money back but would never recommend or use them again.
