Impossible to get throw help line, slow deliver, no important informations about products.

Like most of you I didnt receive my item in time. No way to track it. People at helpline don't know what they are doing. Lack of basic costumer service skills. Have to pay to call them 5p per min but been hold at queue 3x for 40-60 min.
Christmas present never arrive, no one response for emails, cant put decent complain by their website as it only accept txt up to 1000 letters.
Used once and no more!
I had a look at revives b4 buy, stupid me I still purchase gift.
