I phoned with an order on the Wednesday before Christmas. The item was not in stock but the team member to whom I spoke ordered it from Ireland (?). It duly arrived with you the next day and was with me on Chritmas Eve (Monday). Email alerts kept me closely informed of the oreder status and the delivery was bang on time.
