Not to be trusted under any circumstances

My daughter had found a bed she wanted for her new bedroom, after shopping around I found this company to be the cheapest, I had an online chat with someone as I was concerned about delivery dates. We were moving into a new house in 3 days & when I started placing the order I was not advised of dellivery dates. The advisor stated unless the product stated next day it would be within 7 days, although dellivery was usually aroiund 3/4 days. Confident, I placed the order only to receive an email the following day advising I would have to wait a minimum of 10 days for delivery. I replied to the email immediately cancelling the order but out of politeness I also telephoned. I was put on 7 taken off hold for some 10 minutes before being told I could not cancel the order. I advised I would stop the payment & they should consider the order cancelled as I could obtain the same bed (all be it £20 dearer) the next day elsewhere. I spoke with my credit card company & the advised the payment had gone through but i was within my rights to reclaim the money.
I have had various standard emails advising of delivery ect but on each occassion I have emailed back advising I would refuse the delivery should they actually send the bed.
Quite frankly they are a mickey mouse company who have wasted my time. They claimed they were having the bed custom made which is a complete lie as the same bed is avaliable many other places & I did infact obtain the same bed the following day from another online retailer.
