I ordered an ipad from slrhut in time for an Xmas delivery, unfortunately there was a problem with stock and the ipad did not arrive, I called after Xmas and ended up cancelling the order, I was not a happy chappie. Today (Friday 4th Jan) the company called to offer their apologies and stressed they were trying to resolve the matter to my satisfaction, they are providing a credit towards a future purchase as compensation. I do feel that the company are genuinely embarrassed at their mistake and are working to prevent this from happening to others. I will give them the benefit of doubt and will probably try using them again. At the end of the day we can all screw up, but as long as you hold up your hand, admit your mistake and try to resolve the matter to everyones satisfaction, you cant ask for much more than that.
