Bad customer service

Placed an order for a next day delivery as didn't have time to shop and needed a dress asap. Had a £400 credit limit and ordered a few to choose from which totalled £323.

Anyway, next day my mother waits in all day for my delivery to come. Nothing!

No phone calls, no emails and no delivery.

So I log onto their website that evening to check my account to see if some explanation. They had cancelled my order and reduced my credit limit to zero!!

I'm livid! I checked my credit file on line to see if they had done a credit check on me and if there was something dodgy on there unexpectedly.

Well my credit file is spotless. No late payments, no defaults, certainly no CCJs or anything detrimental. I've lived at my address for years as well and on the electoral roll. But they had done a credit check that day.

So I don't know what the hell has happened for them to suddenly reduce my file to zero as my circumstances haven't changed since I originally opened the account.

I've emailed them for an explanation and still waiting and taken my business elsewhere. It's a shame because i did like some of their clothes but I'm not going to be deal with a company that will let me down and not contact me to let me know they have cancelled my order.

All very unprofessional and I will tell everyone I know to ensure they lose future custom as well. Considering how much I spend with catalogues they've lost a lot of business now - I'll stick to Next and Great Universal!
