Great service for comparing courier prices

As a site for comparing courier prices, delivery times and services they are great. They often have cheaper services than going to the courier company direct!
I have had problems with getting parcels collected, but thats the fault of Hermes & Yodel etc. (if you book the cheapest service what do you expect?)
Parcel2Go Livehelp has been excellent in solving these problems and sorted re-collection/ refunds with no fuss. Once they even gave me a free upgade to DHL Next Day because Hermes were so useless!

They could make the eBay Intergration better and make the contact details & Live help buttons a bit more obvious though.

All these complaints about non-collection, late delivery or lost parcels are the fault of the courier company booked. The booking agent can only do so much...
