I got a text and email from Mulberry to say my parcel would be delivered today, 28/12/2012 - I wasn't at home but the delivery driver rang me to say he was outside my address and would leave a card - I apologised to him for not being able to let DPD know that I would be at work and I asked him if I could instead collect from the depot - he said no problem. I then received an email with my card number on and arranged to collect it tomorrow from the depot. To my amazement, DPD have just come back now and delivered it when I have finished work - outstanding service and saved me a trip to the depot to collect the item in the morning. I would highly recommend DPD and the delivery guy I spoke to was very polite and helpful.
