Good but a bit inflexible!

Good website but could be a little inflexible. Item I ordered as part of 3 for £20 deal wasn't available until after xmas so I asked if I could swap for another item and was told I couldn't and could cancel the item if I wanted. IWOOT therefore lost money which they would have kept if they'd just swapped the item on my order.
